ZAMOKUHLE CHILD CENTRE

Zamokuhle Child Centre (Zamokuhle) is a medically oriented government child abuse centre in Zola, Soweto. Its mission is to honourably serve the community by:

bulletProviding medical, psycho-social support and counselling services to the survivors of child abuse and their families;
bulletSupporting and empowering the community through self-help projects;
bulletRaising the level of awareness of child abuse in the community we serve;
bulletEngaging in primary and secondary preventive programmes;
bulletWorking closely with other organisations that have similar objectives; and
bulletBeing a resource for the community.

Our vision is:

We serve our community with eagerness, readiness and pride.

How to access the Centre:

Patients are seen per appointment - phone 011-934-9415, or 934-1010 extension 1018.

Within Zola Clinic premises, Zola, Soweto.
